I had a new boiler system and an additional radiator installed by Aquarius in 2009.  It was a great experience, because not only are Aquarius very friendly and professional, as well as exceptionally knowledgeable in their field of expertise (I was impressed by Graham’s  original appraisal and the subsequent detailed quote) they were also extremely tidy workers who made the opening up of floors and outside walls as painless as possible.  I only have praise for Aquarius, my boiler and heating system has been perfect, saving me money whilst keeping my house warmer than ever and my shower experience a joy. And their customer service is beyond compare.  When I had a small problem with the boiler’s water pressure in the cold days of Easter holidays, they came out that very Easter Sunday morning and quickly fixed the niggle, so that I could enjoy my days off in comfort and warmth.  If you are looking for a professional and courteous team with excellent prices and workmanship, then choose Aquarius, they have been Wonderful.

Aquarius Thermal Systems Ltd fitted a full central heating system with combi boiler in our home two years ago.  We were very pleased with the high standard of work carried out to complete this job.  We first arranged for several quotations before deciding to go with Aquarius.  Graham arranged to come out and survey our property in order to give us a price on the work requested. Unlike the other engineers, Graham offered a variety of brochures to choose appliances from.  He had a wealth of knowledge on a variety of brands.  He gave advice on what boilers would be most efficient for our home and did not try to over sell.  It felt like we made a joined decision on how the work should be carried out eg where the boiler should go and where the pipes would be fitted so they would not be seen.  The work was carried out in the time stated.  Graham and team were tidy workers and very respectful too.  Aquarius was not the cheapest quote we received however this reflected in the standard of workmanship and materials used in fitting our central heating.  I have recommended Aquarius on several occasions to friends.  Aquarius have returned twice to our home to service our boiler which they did at a very competitive rate. We are now looking to move house and would have no qualms about using Aquarius again.  Thank you Aquarius Thermal Systems Ltd for the great job done.

My experience with Aquarius Thermal Systems was very good.  I was advised on correct boiler required and installation was carried out by competent engineers, where old system was dismantled and removed, pipes not required cut away and capped-new pipework and boiler installed with no mess to surrounding areas.  On completion, workings and controls explained.  Annual service carried out with same competence as installation on date agreed by client and Aquarius – would recommend company to anyone installing central heating system.
